Taboon is a modern cafe basing its cuisine around the traditional stone oven of the Middle East and drawing its recipes from a variety of countries such as Egypt, Lebanon, Israel, Morocco, and Turkey to name a few. The Taboon oven itself is the centre-piece of the cafes open plan design and is used to bake fresh pita breads and pastries daily, grill marinated skewered meats and roast fish and vegetables. Taboon is famous for its home-made dips, creative salads, interesting sandwiches, Middle Eastern pizzas and great coffee.
