Can’t fault this ‘gem’ of a restaurant! The food is consistently good & the quality always excellent! The pizza’s are ‘ to die for’, & we have NEVER been pizza lovers! Service excellent, & great ambience. The new cakes are very innovative & ‘scrumptious’. Will certainly keep going, as there is so much to choose from, you cannot be bored! Incidentally, the best & cheapest coffee on the coast, in this calibre of restaurant! Juliet

…The highlight dish is the lamb shanks cooked in a tagine, a dish which on this night comes from the specials’ menu. The dish is prepared and then slow cooked overnight in the taboon. It is served on a bed of couscous, which absorbs the tomato, onion and spice-based sauce just beautifully and helps the meat to fall off the bone

Delicious food. Plenty of it. Great service. And a nice, bright, relaxed place to eat with friends. Highly recommend.

We are going around the Gold Coast trying different restaurants. Taboon would have to be the best so far, service is friendly they are able to recommend foods that go well together. The chef seems to have the kitchen running really well. From start to finish the food is a taste sensation. 5/5 Taboon dinner was delicious!

 

We are so addicted to TABOON we have a weekly booking, rain, hail or shine. We cannot stop eating this “fantastic” food. Our Overseas guests also love eating there, so we make sure we always take friends and family there as well. The “girls” are so lovely the whole atmosphere is so relaxed and they always greatt with a BIG smile. Keep uP the GREAT TRADITION you are creating in Robina Lee & Franchot- Robina locals.
